STEAM workshops for teachers were held on 2, 5 and 6 September at the I-Flow space in Summaga (Italy).
The workshops originated from the cooperation between two projects funded by the Erasmsus+ programme DArt4City and Geeks for Education.
The event was organised by Associazione 2050, Fab Cube Vittorio Veneto and Alterevo Società Benefit.
The training activity was attended by 36 primary and secondary school teachers who were able to learn more about DArt4City’s STEAM methodology by reflecting on strategies to be used to develop new STEAM projects in their schools. Workshops on robotics, video making, coding and tinkering were organised to boost teachers’ competences. The activity made it possible to launch Alterevo’s second STEAM project entitled ‘Ice-cream S(team)’, which will be implemented at the ‘Sebastiano Barozzi’ school in San Fior
